Xóchitl Jaime-Aguirre is a Mexican born/US raised creative in Portland, OR using her platform to do what she loves most: uplifting her communities. Her project Aviéntate highlights the often overlooked chefs, artists, and community organizers through writing, PR, strategy and event services. You can usually find her at a pop-up talking about culture, food, and the future of Portland, or at the Reel 'Em Inn drinking an NA beer and singing along to Chente with her friends.
